The Computer teachers and HODs of Baptist Mission schools
recently attended performance improvement course organized by the Industrial
Training Fund, Ibadan Area Office. The seminar was three days held between
February 20 and 22 at the Baptist Academy, Obanikoro, Lagos.
The success of education reform
depends on high quality professional development, so there is a need to re-awake, resonate, and ignite the
passion and enthusiasm in teaching profession by equipping the teachers with
skills and information to make indelible influence on their students, in their
local communities and the society at large.
The Performance Improvement Course was a success and recorded so many
testimonies from the teachers in attendance. The facilitators were excellent.
The course added value to the teachers that will definitely reflect in their
works as they return back to their school and kudos to the BMS for this
laudable initiative. We hope that the BMS will organize more of such seminars
